Hotel Phenix Brussels

The location is not ideal, as it is in a bad area and difficult to travel into the city centre. However, it is near to the subway, which is easy to use. The rooms are tidy and clean, with an awesome power shower in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast sets you up for the day. Despite the negative factors, the hotel provides good value for the price paid.

The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from other rooms and walkways.

Conveniently located near the Brussels ring, with easy access from the motorway. Parking available. Small but well-equipped rooms. Good breakfast, served in a bright and fresh room. Friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Brussels and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location, while not extremely close to the metro station, was still convenient and allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed with the basic amenities and the rooms, especially the very comfy double bed and the balcony with a lovely view. Not to mention, the breakfast offered a variety of options and the coffee was ok.

All in all, everything at this hotel was perfectly fine and nothing stood out as needing improvement.

They were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests we had. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. It was great to come back to a clean and comfortable space after a long day of exploring. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. We didn't have to worry about finding our way back to the hotel, as it was located on a main road, which made it easy to find.

The room was smaller than we expected, which made it a bit cramped for our Easter stay. the walls were quite thin, so we could often hear noise from other rooms and the hallways.

Additionally, the hotel was near the subway, which made exploring the city hassle-free.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The team at Phenix were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We were initially worried about noise from other guests, but the hotel's policy against noise after 10 pm ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the price we paid was a great value considering the exceptional kindness and availability of the hotel's team. Despite a slightly longer distance from the city centre, it was a minor inconvenience. The toilet and shower space, though small, were immaculately clean and well-functioning. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and reasonable prices.

The hotel staff were kind, available, and multilingual. The cleaning team did an excellent job. The bed was comfortable, and the complimentary chocolates and waffles were a nice touch. The hotel offered free internet access.
